We are catering live, with Chef Guillermo Wong in your house or venue for any occasion. This unique experience of watching and learning how the culinary cuisine is made choosing your favorite dishes, created with the freshest ingredients, exactly the way you want it. Special diet needs or food allergies is no problem for the Chef.

Catering comes with bartenders and servers and even decorations can be added as well as a custom birthday cake.

Meet The Chef

Guillermo Wong is a highly skilled & creative chef with strong culinary experience, including more than 20 years as an International Chef in different renowned restaurants, corporations, and hotels. Chef Guillermo Wong specializes in Peruvian cuisine, Chifa (Peruvian- Chinese Fusion) Latin American, and International fusion. He can create a dish with all the world flavors onto one plate.

He originates from Lima, Peru, and has a culinary degree as an International Chef at the Le Cordon Bleu Peru. His mother, a Creole of Lima-Peru, and his father, a Chinese Descendant who loved to cook Chifa which he learned from his father. Chef Wong’s grandfather was one of the pioneers on opening a Chifa restaurant in the early 20th Century in Capon Street on Lima-Peru. Guillermo grew up in the culinary environment since he was born, where he found his passion of cooking.

His vast experience have led him to venture to opening his own business, where he offers different styles of catering live, mini chef birthday parties, private culinary classes, pop up on restaurants, and also he can be hired for all occasions and events.
